Wat is mijn positie waard?
De waarde wordt bepaald op basis van de meest recente NAV, de kwaliteit en samenstelling van de onderliggende portefeuille, verwachte distributies, capital call verplichtingen en fondsvoorwaarden. Op basis van deze kerninformatie kunnen wij snel een indicatieve waardering afgeven.
Wat hebben jullie nodig?
Om een indicatie en daarna een bod te kunnen uitbrengen ontvangen wij graag: • Laatste 3 jaar: fondsoverzichten en kwartaalrapportages • Laatste 2 jaar: jaarrekeningen Na ontvangst kunnen we de positie beoordelen en het proces efficiënt starten.
Blijft dit vertrouwelijk?
Ja. Discretie staat centraal in onze aanpak. Indien gewenst werken we vanaf het eerste contact onder NDA en delen we informatie uitsluitend met betrokken partijen die noodzakelijk zijn voor uitvoering van de transactie.
Kan ik een deel verkopen?
In veel gevallen is een gedeeltelijke overdracht mogelijk, afhankelijk van de fondsvoorwaarden en praktische uitvoerbaarheid. We bekijken dit per situatie en stemmen het traject daarop af.
Welke fondsen zijn geschikt?
Wij richten ons op private market fondsen met een bestaande portefeuille, duidelijke rapportage. Zowel single-posities als portfolioverkopen kunnen in aanmerking komen.
Hoe werkt de transfer?
Na overeenstemming over de belangrijkste voorwaarden begeleiden wij het transferproces, inclusief documentatie en afstemming met de relevante partijen. Doel is een efficiënte, uitvoerbare transactie met zekerheid.
Wat kost het mij?
Doorgaans zijn er geen “upfront” kosten voor een eerste beoordeling. Eventuele externe kosten (bijv. administratieve transfer fees of juridische documentatiekosten) worden vooraf besproken en afgestemd, afhankelijk van het fonds en de structuur.
